Athena Yogurt Snack

The Chobani store had just opened in Soho and I worked a block away so I loved stopping by every now and then for a quick healthy snack. They always had creative combinations and I came home one evening wanting to make my own. I had just made the decision to not snack on anything unless it was healthy and this snack was just filling enough to get me through the day.

Athena Yogurt Snack
Makes 1 serving

1 cup of greek yogurt
5 raspberries
1 tbsp. of goji berries
A small handful of cashew nuts
1 tsp. of cacao nibs
1/4 tsp. of cinnamon

INSTRUCTIONS:

Spoon one cup of greek yogurt into a small bowl and add raspberries, goji berries, cashew nuts and cacao nibs on top. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
